Kelly Koster to Join Munsch Hardt's Houston Office

JUN 3, 2021

(HOUSTON, Texas) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce the hiring of Kelly Robreno Koster as a Shareholder within the Firm’s Litigation practice. After spending the past decade practicing in New York, Koster will bring her expertise in commercial and labor and employment litigation to Texas, joining Munsch Hardt’s Houston office on Monday, June 7.

“With more and more professionals relocating to Texas, there are great opportunities coming into the state. We are proud to grow our Munsch Hardt family with newly relocated talent and strategic hires like Kelly,” said Phil C. Appenzeller, Jr., CEO of Munsch Hardt. “She is an accomplished attorney with extensive complex litigation and labor and employment experience that will certainly contribute to the long-term success of our Firm.”

Koster joins Munsch Hardt after spending the past year as a Litigation and Labor & Employment Partner at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC in New York. During that time, Koster litigated management-side complex commercial and labor and employment matters, and counseled clients on a broad range of personnel issues including employment agreements, terminations and policies.

Previously, Koster served as General Counsel for Pride Global, an international staffing company with locations throughout the U.S., U.K., India and Canada, where she was chiefly responsible for the company’s compliance with global employment laws.

“After a career in counseling both large and small organizations through complex labor and employment matters, I’m looking forward to joining Munsch Hardt’s highly-regarded Litigation practice and working with a team of award-winning attorneys,” said Koster. “Similar to Munsch Hardt, I pride myself on managing every component of a case – from case intake through trial – and I’m excited to join a team that prioritizes that same process.”

Koster will join the Firm’s Litigation practice, which has a team of attorneys intensely focused on representing clients in intricate business disputes throughout the U.S. Whether it’s tried in a courtroom or negotiated in a boardroom, Munsch Hardt’s Litigation attorneys are fully committed to finding the most efficient possible solution to each problem.
