About Glenn’s practice
For the past two decades, Glenn has built an impressive practice involving M&A transactions and corporate governance and general corporate counseling for clients in the energy, financial services and private equity industries. His experience includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, sale-leaseback transactions, master service agreements, supply agreements and financing documents. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.
Glenn’s corporate clients include private middle market companies within the energy, real estate development, construction and financial services industries, among others. Glenn also provides commercial law counsel to a publicly held industrial corporation providing services to the industrial energy, transportation and construction sectors.
Glenn received his BBA from Lamar University and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
